LONDON - Amnesty International (AI), a human rights NGO, states in its annual report on the human rights situation in Serbia that Serbs are still subject to attacks and other minorities discriminated against in Kosovo, and a special court to try former members of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) is expected to be set up there as well.
BELGRADE - Head of the Serbian parliament committee for Kosovo Milovan Drecun said on Monday the statement by Kosovo's Prime Minister Hasim Taci that Kosovo would sue Serbia for genocide was an insult to victims, adding that Kosovo could not move forward unless it established a special court in the next few months.

Pristina's genocide lawsuit idea "dangerous"
BELGRADE -- Aleksandar Vulin described on Sunday as "dangerous" Kosovo Deputy PM Hashim Thaci's statement that Pristina "will file a genocide lawsuit against Serbia."
According to the Serbia's labor minister, "it shows that representatives of Pristina's interim institutions are intending to avoid the further talks in Brussels."
"Migration from Kosovo is organized"
BELGRADE -- Faculty for Security professor Zoran Dragisic has said that mass migration from Kosovo and Metohija to the EU is "an organized act of crime groups."
He also pointed out that the recent phenomenon "does not represent a major security threat to Serbia."
Former Kosovo Liberation Army commander turned political party chief Ramush Haradinaj said the authorities had exaggerated the number of guerrillas who fought in the 1990s war.
