"UN chair for Kosovo lurks behind US package"
That's according to Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti, which adds that "the package" could be presented to Serbian officials on Wednesday, when US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Wess Mitchell will visit Pristina, and then Belgrade.

The First Deputy PM and Foreign Minister told RTS that the Albanians do not want compromise, but only recognition (of Kosovo). "There is no blackmail that can force Serbia to recognize an independent Kosovo," he said.
e also believes that Pristina and the international community should declare whether or not the Brussels agreement still exists.
Pristina has abandoned negotiations, says Serbian FM
Serbian First Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic told this to Russia's Sputnik on Thursday, referring to the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) in Kosovo.
Dacic warned that the entire negotiation process between Belgrade and Pristina "could now return to zero."

The Serbian defence minister, Aleksandar Vulin, says Montenegro's decision to deploy two of its military officers to KFOR in Kosovo is "a political message of support for Kosovo's independence", Gazeta Express reported.
Belgrade-Pristina dialogue continues in Brussels
BRUSSELS - The Belgrade and Pristina delegations on Tuesday continued discussions on implementation of the Brussels Agreement, with the Community of Serb Municipalities, the energy sector and the Kosovska Mitrovica bridge on the agenda of the meetings.
After a long delay, the technical-level discussions resumed in Brussels on Monday.

Technical-level dialogue between Belgrade, Pristina begins
BRUSSELS - A trilateral meeting of Belgrade and Pristina delegations and EU representatives began in Brussels at around 11 am on Monday.
It was preceded by separate, bilateral discussions held by the Belgrade and Pristina delegations with EU facilitators in the dialogue.
