Criminal charges filed against Seselj for flag burning
BELGRADE - The Office of the Belgrade Public Prosecutor on Wednesday filed criminal charges against Serbian Radical Party (SRS) leader Vojislav Seselj for burning the Croatian flag.

Seselj: I will not hand over medical reports
BELGRADE - Vojislav Seselj, leader of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS), has said that he will not return to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) voluntarily, and that he will not hand over any medical report either to the Tribunal or the Serbian authorities.

Vucic: Serbian government will not be making surprise arrest
BELGRADE - The Serbian government will not be arresting anyone by surprise, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said late Tuesday, adding that the duty of the state is to take care of every citizen, including Vojislav Seselj, an indictee of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) who is on provisional release in Serbia.

BELGRADE - Secretary General of the Serbian Foreign Ministry Veljko Odalovic said Tuesday that the ICTY is not up to the task assigned to it, stressing that Serbia should not be held accountable for things that are not its fault or responsibility.

Serbia marks 16th anniversary of NATO bombing campaign
BELGRADE - Serbia is on Tuesday marking the Remembrance Day for the victims of the NATO aggression that killed at least 2,500 and wounded around 10,000 people 16 years ago.
During the 78 days of air raids, 1,008 Yugoslav Forces soldiers and Serbian policemen were killed, as well as around 1,500 civilians, including 89 children.
