Rama Upholds Kosovo's Sovereignty on Pristina Visit
Albania's Prime Minister used an official visit to Kosovo on Thursday to stress the deep solidarity between the two countries at a time of serious tension between Kosovo and Serbia and following tough talks in Brussels between the two sides.
New round of Belgrade-Pristina dialogue to be held Wednesday
BRUSSELS - The PMs and presidents of Serbia and Kosovo will meet in Brussels Wednesday in a new round of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.
The EU, which acts as the facilitator in the dialogue, expects a discussion on open issues, implementation of agreements and the way forward in the dialogue on normalisation of relations.

BELGRADE - Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic spoke to reporters after the meeting with leaders of Serbs from Kosovo and announced that now it is most important to preserve peace and stability.
"I want to say that we had difficult talks in which we accepted everything. I'll soon be ready to tell everything to the citizens of Serbia."

Kosovo-Serbia Talks Fail to Defuse Tensions
Diplomatic sources in Brussels said a meeting between Kosovo's President and Prime Minister, Hashim Thaci and Isa Mustafa, and their Serbian counterparts, Tomislav Nikolic and Aleksandar Vucic, failed to achieve anything.
"The meeting went terribly wrong and had no results," an anonymous diplomatic source told Deutsche Welle.

Kosovo Albanians plan to attack north - Seselj
Kosovo Albanians plan to storm the four Serb-majority municipalities in northern Kosovo with arms, opposition SRS party leader Vojislav Seselj said on Thursday.
Beta is reporting that Seselj told a news conference these incidents would happen "during or after the visit of NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg to Kosovo."
