Ex-FinMin says he spearheaded crackdown on racket issuing illegal visas to minors
Former foreign minister Nikos Kotzias has indicated that he had discovered evidence of a racket of some diplomats who had issued illegal visas to underage migrants.
Speaking at the ESIA journalists' union in Athens, Kotzias said he had sent his findings concerning 93 cases to a prosecutor and noted that "several diplomats went to prison for giving visas to unaccompanied children."

Kotzias: 'Tsipras behaved like Pontius Pilate'
Nikos Kotzias, who resigned as Greece's foreign minister last month, has criticized Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras for failing to support him in his dispute with junior coalition partner Panos Kammenos over the Prespes accord.
"Tsipras behaved like Pontius Pilate," Kotzias told News 24/7 Wednesday, a reference to the Roman governor who ordered the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.

Prosecutor orders probe in wake of Kotzias lawsuit
Supreme Court Prosecutor Xeni Dimitriou has ordered a probe into a lawsuit filed by former foreign minister Nikos Kotzias for defamation and dissemination of false news aimed at undermining him.
In the lawsuit filed Friday, Kotzias mentions specific media reports that were allegedly designed to intimidate him against concluding name talks with Skopje.
