The Minister of Youth and Sports Krasen Kralev issued an order allowing collective and individual sports activities in fitness centers and gyms, without competitive nature, without restrictions on the number of athletes per square meter. This was announced by the press center of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. 

The gyms will also open by order of the Prime Minister. Boyko Borissov. The order of the Ministry of Health is expected to be officially issued in the afternoon. Fans of fitness and other indoor workouts will be able to return to the gyms from Monday.

Anyone who goes on holiday abroad will then have to be quarantined for 14 days. Despite the fall of the state of emergency the measure remains in force, assured the Minister of Health Kiril Ananiev.

He explained that the threat has not yet passed. "No one can say when the disease will peak again" Ananiev said.

Bulgaria's Ministry of Youth and Sports on May 11 received approval from the Ministry of Health of a Plan for organizing and conducting a preparatory period for professional footballers, drafted by the Bulgarian Football Union and the ministry.
