Istanbul Coffee Festival (ICF), one of the two biggest coffee festivals in Europe, is set to kick off its seventh annual gathering today at KüçükÇiftlik Park in the Maçka/Harbiye neighborhood of the largest Turkish metropolis, Istanbul.

Turkey’s vice president marks Ottoman victory in WWI
Turkey's vice president on April 29 commemorated 104th anniversary of the historic Ottoman army victory over British forces during the World War I.
"I commemorate all our martyrs with respect and mercy on the 104th anniversary of Kut al-Amara victory, one of the epics of our glorious army full of historical victories," Fuat Oktay said on Twitter.
Turkish history does not start with War of Independence: Erdo?an
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an has praised an Ottoman army victory over British forces a century ago, during World War I, as he refuted a history approach that took War of Independence as the starting point of modern Turkey.
