Greek director Yorgos Lanthimos' film "Poor Things" dominated the Greek box office, surpassing 200,000 tickets within 15 days, according to Greek audiovisual company Feelgood.

The charges centre on a 50-million-koruna (2 million euros) subsidy granted to the Capi hnizdo (Stork's Nest) leisure resort, which sits around 50km south of Prague, in 2007. Police suspect that Babis hid Agrofert's ownership of the resort in order to access the subsidy, for which only small companies were eligible.

ND announces eight new candidates to run in July elections
Opposition New Democracy on Friday announced the names of eight new candidates who will be running on the conservative ticket in the July 7 snap elections.
The names include Kathimerini analyst Babis Papadimitriou, former TV presenter Constantinos Bogdanos and soccer player Takis Fyssas, who was on the national squad that gave Greece the 2004 Euro Cup.

Several thousand protesters gathered in Prague on Thursday to demand that Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis resign over suspected criminal corruption.
Demonstrators carried Czech and EU flags as they chanted "resignation" and "shame" in Wenceslas Square.
