Platform for Athens land registry
People wishing to make a transaction with the Athens Land Registry will now have to use a platform introduced by the Digital Policy Ministry in order to issue a priority number. Transaction makers will receive a priority number on their mobile phone and will be able to monitor the progress of the waiting period on the platform to plan their visit to the service.

Athens land registry at long last enters digital age
The Hellenic Cadaster is now entering the digital era after 15 years of efforts to this end, starting with the municipalities of Athens, Galatsi and Moschato. The Cadaster Office will close on Thursday and Friday to complete the changeover and reopen on July 3.

Bulgaria: Full Digitization of the Property Register to be Introduced Soon
The Council of Ministers approved a draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Cadastre and Land Registry. It provides for the provision of full digitization of the property register maintained by the Registration Agency, by creating electronic batches of real estate and electronic batch files with the registered acts and the documents attached to them.
