The Romanian Language Day is a celebration of the Romanian soul, because the language is the most pronounced effigy of the Romanians, said, on Tuesday, Ioan Aurel Pop, the president of the Romanian Academy, at the debate "The current status of the Romanian language".

The Ministry for Romanians Abroad (MRP) grants priority to non-reimbursable funding for education projects devoted to the dissemination of the Romanian language, Minister Natalia Intotero said in her message on the Romanian Language Day. "The Romanian Language Day gives us the opportunity to be united and solidary and to celebrate together the language that gives us identity.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) firmly condemns any action taken against such schools teaching in Romanian language in Ukraine, in the context of information presented by the Security Service in this country regarding such attempts to set fire to some of the education units teaching in Romanian.

The Greek language is one of the few ancient languages in the world that is still spoken in its modern form today. It is considered a separate branch of the Indo-European languages, and has influenced many languages across the world, including Latin -the root of the Romance languages of French, Italian, Spanish etc- and English, among many others.

Main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP) leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu has slammed Turkey’s record of violating human rights, while also blaming President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, without openly mentioning his name, for individuals killed by security forces.

“The state’s essence and raison d’etre is to maintain security for justice” said Haşim Kılıç, the president of Turkey’s Constitutional Court. “If that fails, political, economic and social crises become inevitable.”

The digital ads revenues of Hürriyet Dünyası, the joint name of all Hürriyet products, jumped 40 percent in the first three quarters compared to the same period a year earlier, according to CEO Ahmet Özer.

“We grew double the growth in the sector as the largest digital publisher in Turkey,” he said in an interview. “We thus expanded both our revenues and market share.”
