Bulgaria: The Prosecutor's Office forbade the disclosure of Details on the Explosion against Geshev
The supervising prosecutors in the proceedings for the alleged assassination attempt against the chief prosecutor Ivan Geshev did not order the performance of procedural and investigative actions with the participation of an expert, outside the list of experts of the competent court and which does not meet the requirements of Ordinance No. H-1 of 14.02.

Foreclosures, other court operations to be suspended for elections
Court operations and auctions of foreclosed homes will be suspended from May 17 to 24, due to the national elections on May 21, according to a circular by Justice Minister Konstantinos Tsiaras released on Tuesday.
Specifically, the circular outlined that civil and criminal court operations in Athens and Thessaloniki will be suspended from May 17 to 26.
