Top court says mask and hand disinfection mandate unconstitutional
Ljubljana – The Constitutional Court has added the mask mandate introduced by the previous government in closed public spaces in 2020 to the list of unconstitutional measures related to the epidemic, again stressing that legislative changes as opposed to only decrees are necessary for such interventions.

Serbian Parliament passed bills amending the constitution and constitutional law, following January's referendum on the changes.
The Parliament session was held at 5 p.m. and the Act amending the Constitution of Serbia and the Constitutional Law for implementing the Act amending the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia were passed.

Dacic is calling a referendum on changing the Constitution of Serbia
As previously announced by the Speaker of the National Assembly, the referendum will most likely be announced for January 16.

As a US naval officer, I took an oath to serve all Americans and support and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. An oath to the rule of law and country, not to an individual or political party. That oath doesn't expire.
