US, Turkey to speak on Syria, ISIL and PKK
U.S. Vice President Joe Biden is in Turkey for a two-day visit to hold talks with the country's president and prime minister regarding Syria, the international coalition against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) and Turkey's fight against the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).

Hilary Clinton vows to tell the truth about UFOs if she becomes President
Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has vowed to ‘get to the bottom’ of UFOs if she is elected President of the United States.
She made the promise while speaking with Daymond Steer of The Conway Daily Sun in New Hampshire.
When asked if she would support UFO disclosure group efforts, she enthusiastically said ‘yes’.
Time for a reset in Turkish foreign policy
The Turkish Foreign Ministry said on Dec. 19 that the withdrawal of Turkish troops from the Bashiqa training camp near Mosul would "continue."
In the same statement it said the problem arose between the Turkish and Iraqi governments over the Turkish troops there because of a communications mistake regarding the deployment of reinforcements to the camp earlier in the month.

Serbian Ex-Ambassador Downplays Bosnian Caucus
Vujacic, who was involved in forming the Serbian caucus in the US in 2004, downplayed the importance of the letter sent on the eve of Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic's visit to Washington.
He told BIRN on Thursday that such caucuses are transparent informal parliamentary groups of US Congressmen or Senators who gather in relation to a country or a specific issue.

Vucic meets with ambassador ahead of trip to U.S.
On the eve of his visit to the United States Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic received on Friday U.S. Ambassador in Belgrade Michael Kirby.
Vucic is set to meet with U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden and Secretary of State John Kerry, and discussed this visit with Kirby today.

Former US president Carter reveals he has cancer
Former US president Jimmy Carter said Aug. 12 that recent liver surgery has shown he has cancer, and that it has spread.
The 39th president, now aged 90, underwent an initially successful operation earlier this month to remove a "small mass."
