GasLog Partners LP Announces New Charter Agreements with Total and Shell
GasLog Partners LP (NYSE: GLOP) today announced two new time charter agreements with leading global energy producers.
The third newly built LNG Carrier was received by Capital Gas Ship Management
Capital Gas Ship Management Corp. took successful delivery today of the newbuilding LNG Carrier 'Aristarchos', built by Hyundai Heavy Industries, S.Korea. With cargo capacity of 174,000 m3, the vessel is highly efficient, propelled with XDF engines and equipped with the latest available technologies, including an air lubrication system and increased filling limits (more than 99%).
Intermodal: Interest for new LNG Carriers and LPG Carriers
Interest in the construction of new ships carrying liquefied natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas has been expressed in recent days, according to brokerage firm Intermodal.
A total of nine LNG Carriers and LPG Carriers agreements were signed last week.
Turkey's gas imports up 47.8 pct in March 2021
Turkey's natural gas imports increased by 47.8 percent in March this year compared to the same month of 2020, according to the Turkish energy watchdog's data on May 28.

Turkey ranks as 7th biggest gas-consuming country globally in 2020
Turkey ranked as the seventh biggest gas-consuming country in the world with 47.7 billion cubic meters (bcm) of consumption last year, according to data of the Natural Gas Distribution Companies Association of Turkey (GAZBİR) on May 25.
Alpha Gas adds another newly built LNG Carrier to its fleet
The newly built liquefied natural gas (LNG Carrier) ship "LNG Energy Integrity" was received on May 14 by Alpha Gas of the family of Anna Angelikoussi and Frangiskos and Antonis Kanellakis.
Turkey ranks 3rd worldwide with LNG import rises in 2020
Turkey ranked third in the world after China and India with an annual growth of 1.3 million tonnes in LNG imports in 2020, according to the latest report of the International Group of Liquefied Natural Gas Importers (GIIGNL).
China ranked first with imports of 7.2 million tonnes last year followed by India with 2.6 million tonnes.
'Ertuğrul Gazi' FSRU vessel now flies Turkish flag
Turkey's first floating LNG storage and gasification vessel (FSRU) "Ertuğrul Gazi" is registered to the Turkish International Ship Registry on March 3.
According to the social media account of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure's General Directorate of Maritime Affairs, Ertuğrul Gazi flew the Turkish flag.

OMV Turkey buys LNG-powered trucks from IVECO
Austrian energy giant OMV has replaced 10 percent of its truck fleet in Turkey with natural gas-powered ones as part of its environment-friendly and sustainable growth approach, the general manager of OMV Turkey has said.

US LNG vessel to arrive in Turkey on Feb 8
U.S. LNG carrier, LNG Abalamabie, is due to arrive in Turkey on Feb. 8, according to ship-tracking data gleaned by Anadolu Agency on Feb. 5.
With a capacity of 170,000 cubic meters, the vessel left the U.S. port of Freeport on Jan. 24 and is currently en route to its next destination, the Aliaga LNG terminal in Izmir.
