The University of Lisbon offers a Bulgarian language course that can be attended by those from outside the university wishing to study the language. The course runs from October to May and is free of charge (only a one-time enrollment fee of 20 euros is payable), reports the Embassy of Bulgaria in Lisbon.

Portugal at last gets to marvel at its crown jewels

It has taken 227 years, but Portugal's stunning crown jewels have finally gone on display in a giant strong room inside the country's long unfinished royal palace.

The Ajuda Palace overlooking the capital's historic Belem district was home to Portugal's last royal dynasty, the Braganzas, whose reign ended when the country became a republic in 1910.

Athens to see fastest rise in commercial property rates in Europe in 2020

Athens is projected to record Europe's highest increase in property prices and rental rates for commercial properties (office buildings, stores logistics etc) next year according to the annual survey by PricewaterhouseCoopers for the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

The report puts Athens on top of the chart of 31 European cities, followed by Lisbon, Berlin, Amsterdam and Munich.

President Radev's Working Visit to Portugal Continues

His program today includes talks with Prime Minister Antonio Costa and the President of the Assembly of the Portuguese Republic, Eduardo Ferro Rodrigues, reported the Bulgarian National Television. 

Later, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev will meet with the Mayor of Lisbon, Fernando Medina, who will give him the honorary key of the city at a ceremony.
