Heavy snowfall closes roads on Thessaloniki’s Mt Hortiatis
Eleven snow ploughs were dispatched by municipal authorities in northern Greece to clear roads on and around Mount Hortiatis, which received more than 30 centimeters of snowfall overnight and on Thursday morning.

Popovi Livadi Becomes Bulgaria's Newest Village
Popovi Livadi became the newest village in Bulgaria after the government took the decision for its establishment at its regular meeting on Wednesday.
The village is located on the territory of the Gotse Delchev municipality and will be situated in the locality Popovi Livadi, which was declared a mountain climate resort in 1967.

Men charged in Myconos boating death freed pending probe
