Turkish businessman and media owner Acun Ilıcalı has announced his plans to buy the British football club Hull City, which plays in the Championship.
"Negotiations have started. I hope my dream will come true," Ilıcalı said in an interview with the national broadcaster Haber Global.
Large fire rips through south London railway arch
A large fire ripped through a railway arch beside Elephant and Castle station in south London on June 28, sending a ball of flame and plumes of black smoke billowing up high into the sky above the capital.
Police said the incident was not terror-related. There were no immediate reports of anyone being injured.

Historical bath to open to tourism
Work has started to open the Basilica Therma Roman Bath, known as the "King's Daughter," in the Sarıkaya district of the Central Anatolian province of Yozgat. The bath was included in the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List in 2018.

Historic Turkish bath in Istanbul put up for sale
A historic Turkish bath built in Istanbul in 1562 during the reign of the Ottoman Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent has been put up for sale for 29 million Turkish Liras ($3.45 million).
The Horhor Bath, which was built by Behruz Ağa, the sultan's private chambermaid, was put up for sale by the shareholder family.
