Karaman child abuse case begins amid tight security measures
A trial into a teacher who is facing 600 years in prison on accusations of sexually assaulting 10 male school children in the Central Anatolian province of Karaman has begun amid tight security measures.
The Karaman Governor's Office has banned reporters from attending the trial, while also prohibiting all press briefings, gatherings or rallies in the province.

Turkey's first aviation-themed park called "Turkish Stars Park" has opened in the Central Anatolian province of Konya. Turkish Air Force's "Türk Y?ld?zlar?" (Turkish Stars) air acrobatics team performed a show with seven jets in the opening ceremony on April 16.
