Macedonia MPs Approve Amnesty for Parliament Attackers
All 95 MPs who were present at Tuesday's session in Macedonia's 120-seat parliament voted in favour of the controversial amnesty legislation.
The opposition VMRO DPMNE MPs joined the majority led by the Social Democrats in supporting the law, despite the fact that there amendment aimed at expanding the scope of the amnesty to all participants was rejected earlier in the day.
Macedonia Arrests Former Secret Police Chief
Former Macedonian secret police chief Vladimir Atanasovski was arrested on Tuesday and placed in 30 days' detention on the request of the State Prosecution, which said there was a risk be might flee the country after his name was mentioned in a trial for the storming of the parliament building in 2017.

Macedonia Opposition Party Launches Protest Marches
While Macedonia's Social Democrat-led government is calling for national reconciliation to heal the wounds caused by the deep political crisis of the past few years, the opposition right-wing VMRO DPMNE party is preparing to hit the streets of the capital on Wednesday, to put an end to what it calls Zoran Zaev's "criminal" and "harmful" government.
Macedonia Detains Former Secret Police Chief
Macedonia's former chief of the secret police, Saso Mijalkov, who is currently on trial in several high-profile court cases, was detained on Tuesday evening and given a 30-day detention, the Skopje Criminal Court confirmed.

"Ex Macedonian PM passed through Serbia on way to Hungary"
The president stressed that this happened before an international arrest warrant was issued for Gruevski in Skopje, who fled the country in order to avoid serving two years in jail because of alleged abuse of office related to buying an armored Mercedes car.
The Macedonian Interior Ministry issued the arrest warrant on the evening of Nov. 13.
Macedonia to File Gruevski Extradition Request
Macedonia has prepared its extradition request for former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski and will likely send it to Hungary by the close of Tuesday, Macedonian Justice Minister Renata Deskoska told media.

Vucic: Serbia Had 'No Grounds' to Arrest Gruevski
Aleksandar Vucic confirmed on Monday evening that Nikola Gruevski, who fled last week as he was due to start a two-year jail term in Macedonia, exited Serbia at the Tompa-Horgos-Roszke border crossing with Hungary on November 12, the same day as he arrived in Serbia from Montenegro.

Bulgaria's PM Borisov Met with his Macedonian Counterpart Zaev
Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borissov met with Macedonia's Prime minister, Zoran Zaev on 15th of November in Sofia. A joint meeting of the governments of Bulgaria and Macedonia will be held in early December. The two prime ministers will jointly open the section of Struma motorway between Sandanski and Kresna, reports BNT.
