Russian source in Maltese scandal surrenders to Greek police
A former bank employee who ignited a political scandal in Malta when she became a source for an investigative journalist who was murdered last year has surrendered to Greek police and been arrested at Malta's request, a senior Greek police official said on Tuesday.

Maria Efimova, a Russian whistleblower who fed information about secret bank accounts in Malta to murdered Maltese blogger Daphne Caruana Galizia, surrendered to Greek authorities on Monday night.
Saying that she was in fear of her life, the former Pilatus Bank employee reportedly turned herself in to police at Athens's central Syntgama Square metro station.

Police in Malta have arrested 10 Maltese nationals in connection with the car bomb murder of investigative journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia, reported BBC.
Prime Minister Joseph Muscat told reporters that police operations were under way in the town of Marsa, and the Bugibba and Zebbug areas.
