Masks are Now Mandatory
All persons are required to wear a protective mask when in indoor or outdoor public places. Such an order was given by Health Minister Kiril Ananiev with a new order from today.
As of tomorrow (March 31st), 7 pm, the 14-day quarantine in the town of Bansko is canceled. The ban on entering and leaving the city is also lifted. This was ordered by Health Minister Kiril Ananiev.

Government intends to provide necessary equipment in the fight against COVID-19 from domestic production

Gendarmerie facility starts mask production
A facility belonging to the Gendarmerie Forces has commenced the production of protective masks as part of the country's efforts to fight against the coronavirus pandemic, which has already killed more than 100 people in Turkey.
The mask production, which began following a request from the Interior Ministry, is taking place at an atelier in Ankara.

Protective items to be given to court employees
The Justice Ministry has taken special measures to protect court employees who are obliged to work in the minority of cases being heard by Greek judges.
The ministry said in an announcement on Thursday that it had taken delivery of 6,000 bottles of disinfectant, 5,000 protective masks and 5,000 pairs of rubber gloves.

Gov’t may seize mask producing plants
Turkey will seize factories of protective mask producers unless they agree to sell those devices to the government or companies, the interior minister has warned.

China will Send more than 2 Million EU Protective Masks
China will send more than 2 million protective masks to the European Union after Europe becomes the epicenter of the coronavirus pandemic. This was announced today by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Layen, quoted by France's press.
Chinese Prime Minister Li Kutsian told Von der Lien in a phone call about sending medical supplies, she announced on Twitter.
