Antakya Civilizations Choir gives solidarity concert in Adana
The Antakya Civilizations Choir performed a solidarity concert in the southern province of Adana on March 28 and commemorated seven of their members who died during the devastating quakes last month by lighting candles in front of the stage in their memory.
3,821 buildings to be demolished in Adana
A total of 3,821 buildings have been found to be heavily and moderately damaged in the quake-hit southern province of Adana, and a decision has been taken to demolish these structures.
In the 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes on Feb. 6, 13 buildings collapsed in Adana, where 418 people lost their lives.

Some 200 hotels in Antalya host quake survivors
Many hotels in the southern province of Antalya, the capital of tourism, embraced quake survivors after the earthquake disasters that affected 11 provinces.
A total of 200 accommodation centers across the city are hosting 85,000 disaster victims.

After the 6.4 magnitude earthquake on Feb. 20 heavily damaged Hatay Courthouse and rendered it inoperational, legal services continue in containers installed in the courthouse garden.
Surviving the Feb. 6 quakes that devastated the country's south with slight damages, the courthouse became completely unusable after a major tremor in the southern province of Hatay's Defne district.
Quake survivor children painting at seaside
In Mersin's Erdemli district, a painting activity was organized in order to reduce the traumatizing effect of the earthquakes on quake survivor children.
Following the earthquakes which left Türkiye in mourning, Mersin is one of the cities that received the highest number of migrants with tens of thousands of quake survivors coming to Erdemli, a tourism district.

Wall paintings in St. Nicholas Museum being touched up
Within the scope of a restoration and landscaping project implemented by the Culture and Tourism Ministry, the wall paintings that were previously unearthed in the St. Nicholas Museum in the southern province of Antalya's Demre district are getting a retouch.
New murals from the 11th century were also unearthed during the work at the museum.
