One migrant dead, two missing in capsized boat in Aegean Sea
At least one person has died and two others are missing after a boat carrying refugees sank on Oct. 27 in the Aegean Sea, off the Turkish province of ?zmir.
The Turkish Coast Guard on Oct. 28 said 42 people were rescued from the sea soon after the incident off the resort town of Çe?me. It also said a search and rescue operation was underway to find two missing refugees.
Greece sees record 48,000 arrivals in past five days: IOM
Greece has seen a record 48,000 migrants and refugees land on its shores in the space of just five days, the International Organization for Migration said on Oct. 23.

UN expects 700,000 migrant arrivals in Europe this year, same in 2016
The UN refugee agency said Oct.1 that it was expecting 700,000 migrants and refugees to reach Europe via the Mediterranean sea this year and projected at least the same amount again in 2016.

The endangered species appeared in the sea off Bodrum?s Göltürkbükü neighborhood before disappearing back into the Aegean.
