Bulgaria Is Second Favorite Destination Among Russians

Bulgaria only lags behind Spain as Russians' choice to spend their holiday, a Russian survey says.

"Europe was less popular in 2014 if compared to Turkey and Egypt. The drop in demand was registered as early as in spring. This was why tourist operators optimized the summer program, trying to conform it to the real tourist demand," the operator TUI Russia's website informed Thursday.

In the Sliven region the share of people aged below 15 is 17.6% and in Burgas - 15%. The average share of people below 15 in the EU is around 16% of the total population.
