EU-funded migrant health center opens in Ankara
A European Union-funded migrant health center has opened in the Turkish capital Ankara, the bloc's Turkey delegation announced on Sept. 20.
In a statement, the delegation said the EU-funded center "opened today to provide health services to refugees in the Altındağ district, where the refugee population density is the highest in Ankara," state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.

School Year in Bulgaria Begins
September 5 is the day when the school year is traditionally opened in the Bulgarian schools. Until 1921, students in Bulgaria began their classes on September 1, but the date was has been changed with two weeks because of Alexander Stamboliiski's agricultural government so children to help their families to harvest the crop.

Russia "depends on Serbia as its key launching ground"
Russia will continue to try to influence the events in the Balkans, where Serbia is its most important link that serves as a launching ground.
This is according to Beta, which quoted Mark Galeotti of the Institute of International Relations Prague, who spoke for Radio Free Europe's Bosnia-Herzegovina/Serbia/Montenegro service.

Croatia to Revoke Disputed Import Fees
The Croatian government said on Thursday that it will revoke controversial Ordinance on the Increase of Import Taxes that threatened to lead to a trade war between Zagreb and neighbouring Balkan countries.
Croatia recently adopted new rules that increased fees for inspections of fruit and vegetable imports from 12 euros to 270 euros.
