Tourist visits in Serbia up by 1.9 pct y-o-y in October
BELGRADE - Serbia registered 1.9 pct more tourist visits in October 2024 relative to the same month of last year and the number of overnight stays was down by 3.5 pct y-o-y, according to figures released by the national statistical office.
Overnight stays by Serbian tourists were down by 14.6 pct y-o-y, while those generated by foreign tourists were up by 9.7 pct y-o-y.

Foreigners gave Greece a higher score than the European average at the peak of the tourism season, mainly thanks to its culture and gastronomy, the experience at sea, as well as its human resources.
