EUR 222 million from EU funds for projects in Danube region
The EU will invest around EUR 222 million in 13 countries in the Danube region, including three non-members - Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
This was announced on Tuesday by the EU Info Center in Belgrade.
Macedonia, Serbia Expect New Refugee Wave
A new wave of refugees is expected to reach the refugee reception centre in Presevo in southern Serbia, the Red Cross in Presevo said on Tuesday.
"At the moment, we have about 500 refugees but we have an information that during the day about 2,000 more will arrive," Ahmet Halimi, Secretary of the Red Cross in Presevo, said on Tuesday.

UN: Bulgaria Faces World's Bleakest Demographic Prospects by 2050
Bulgaria faces the bleakest demographic prospects on a global scale over the next 35 years, according to the 2015 World Population Prospects report of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA).
In the period 2015-2050, Bulgaria's population is expected to shrink by 27.9%.
More than 2,000 migrants cross Serbia-Hungary border
More than 2,000 migrants on Monday crossed from Serbia to EU member Hungary, the Hungarian police said on Tuesday.
A total of 2,093 refugees entered Hungary, a record number to cross the said border in one day, a statement said.
