Albania PM to Pay Historic Visit to Serbia
Diplomatic sources told BIRN that Rama will hold a meeting on Monday morning with his Serbian counterpart, Aleksander Vucic, followed by a joint press conference.
The Albanian leader will also take part on Monday in a business forum. It is unclear whether a meeting with Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic will be held on the sidelines.

EC: Hahn to visit Belgrade on November 20
BRUSSELS - Newly-appointed European Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn intends to visit Serbia on November 20, the European Commission (EC) released on Friday.
According to announcements from Brussels, Hahn will travel to Montenegro a day after his visit to Serbia.

Greek PM warns against rise in tensions in eastern Mediterranean
In an interview with Cyprus's Sigma television and Simerini newspaper, Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras indicated that an increase in tensions in the eastern Mediterranean would be "a very negative development," referring to the continuing presence of a Turkish seismic vessel off the southern coast of Cyprus.

BELGRADE -- Serbian First Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Affairs Ivica Dačić received on Thursday in Belgrade Crown Prince of Norway Haakon Magnus.
According to Dačić, Serbia and Norway share traditionally friendly ties and good bilateral relations.

Serbia ranks 77th according to Legatum Prosperity Index
BELGRADE - Serbia ranks 77th according to the Legatum Prosperity Index, while Norway claimed the first place on the list of 142 countries.
The Prosperity Index released by Legatum Group on Tuesday evaluates countries according to a number of parameters in sectors of economy, entrepreneurship, administration, education, healthcare, security, individual freedoms and social capital.

Montenegro Army to Join EU Mission in Africa
Montenegro plans to deploy troops in the EU mission in the Central African Republic, a country torn by ethnic violence between Muslims and Christians.
By year-end, Montenegro will send several staff officers to the command of the EU operation, known as EUCAR, in the capital, Bangui, BIRN has learned.
