Former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe who collapsed after apparently being shot in the chest while delivering a speech in Nara City on Friday has been rushed to hospital where he is reported to be in "cardiopulmonary arrest."
India to hit net-zero climate target by 2070: Modi
India's economy will become carbon neutral by the year 2070, the country's prime minister announced on Nov. 1 at the COP26 climate summit in Glasgow.
"By 2070, India will achieve the target of net-zero emissions," Narendra Modi told more than 120 leaders at the critical talks.
