Türkiye to consider Sweden’s NATO bid after terror laws take effect
Türkiye will consider paving the way for the NATO membership of Sweden after the Nordic country adopts its anti-terror law in June, Presidential Spokesperson İbrahim Kalın told reporters.
Announcing the book "Presidential Policy Committees Activities and Goals," Kalın said the next tripartite meeting of Finland, Sweden and Türkiye will be held in June.

Germany plans to allow Europe travel from June 15
Germany plans to lift a travel ban for European Union member states plus Britain, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland from 15 June provided coronavirus infection levels in those countries allow it to do so, government sources said.
A further condition is that the countries concerned open their borders to holidaymakers, the sources said.

Greece 77th in global happiness report
Greece is in 77th place in the latest survey on the state of global happiness that ranks 156 countries by how happy their citizens perceive themselves to be.
The World Happiness Report was published on the occasion of World Happiness Day on Friday.
Finland topped the rankings (as it also did in 2018 and 2019).

Denmark has temporarily resumed border checks at its border with Sweden for six months after a series of serious crimes in Copenhagen and its surroundings, which according to Danish authorities were carried out by criminals from Sweden, the AP reported.
Will Donald Trump Buy Greenland?
US president Donald Trump has repeatedly shown interest in buying Greenland from Denmark "in varying degrees of severity," the Wall Street Journal reported, citing global agencies.
The American daily cites unnamed current and former White House officials. According to quoted sources, the US president has asked his advisers to "consider the idea" of buying the largest island on Earth.
