BELGRADE - The Finnish government will help the Serbian hydrological services recover from flood-caused damage with a donation of hydrological equipment worth EUR 100,000, said the participants of Friday's initial meeting on a project for rehabilitation and modernisation of hydrological and meteorological observation systems and data exchange procedures in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Reya Cyclone has taken over the Balkans causing prolific snowfalls, strong winds and low temperatures in a number of regions.
Code red has been issued for Adriatic countries and the Eastern parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina on account of the imminent dangerous storms that have the potential to cause severe damages.
