It will be mostly sunny today, with more clouds sometimes in the afternoon, mainly over Western Bulgaria. South-southwestern wind will emerge during the day, moderate in Eastern Bulgaria and north of the mountains.

The clouds will scatter and decrease from west already before noon today, and in the afternoon it will be sunny over most of the country's regions.

More than 400 flights were canceled at the airport in Toronto, Canada due to heavy snowfall, BGNESreported.

"Winter has come, time may affect some flights in the morning, do not forget to check your flight before heading to the airport," the airport said.

Today it will be sunny during most of the day, with high clouds. In the morning hours, mainly in the west of Danube Plain and some areas of the Upper Thracian Plain, there will be fog and day temperatures will be slightly lower. In the afternoon, the clouds will start increasing from west.
