Milorad Dodik says ahead of his trip to Moscow that even Russian President Vladimir Putin could not change the decision to hold the RS Day referendum.

RS President Milorad Dodik said on Monday his upcoming meeting with Vladimir Putin represents "a continuity."

The president of the Serb entity said he would brief the Russian president on the current political situation in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

In a clear sign of support for the controversial Bosnian Serb referendum on their national day, Russia's ambassador to Bosnia, Petar Ivancov, held a series of meetings with Republika Srpska leaders on Monday.
