Foreign Affairs Minister Teodor Melescanu will participate on Monday, 17 June, in the meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) in Luxembourg, whose agenda also includes the situation in the Republic of Moldova.

Bulgarian Foreign Minister is on a 2-day Working Visit to Moldova

Bulgarian Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva has arrived on a two-day working visit to Chisinau, Moldova.

Today, Minister Zaharieva is meeting with Moldova's Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Andrei Galbur.

On 31 October the two will open a Bulgarian consular office in the town of Taraclia.

Moldova, Montenegro Agree on Cooperation within European Integration

Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Galbur, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, had a meeting with Foreign Minister of Montenegro, Srđan Darmanović, who pays a working visit to Chisinau, Moldpres has reported.

The parties confirmed mutual interest in intensifying political dialogue, boost trade and economic exchanges, strengthen cooperation in education and culture.

ForMin Aurescu: My first official visit abroad will be to Chisinau on December 1

Foreign Affairs Minister, Bogdan Aurescu on Tuesday announced that his first official visit as chief of Romania diplomacy will be to Chisinau, the Republic of Moldova, on December 1, after which he would go to Brussels to attend the reunion of the NATO member states' foreign ministers.
