Russian FM says Moscow opts for Turkey over US for dialogue on Syria
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said cooperation with Turkey over Syria would be "more fruitful" than cooperation with the United States.
"We are in dialogue with regional countries, particularly with Turkey. Dialogue with Ankara would be more successful than inconclusive sessions [we have had] with the U.S.," Lavrov said, according to state-run Anadolu Agency.

A photograph taken of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov with members of the Zavetnici Movement also shows Nemanja Ristic, N1 has reported.
Ristic is featured in an Interpol notice based on a warrant for his arrest issued by Montenegro.

Lavrov: Strange to Hear Croatian Claims on Alleged Russian Threat
BELGRADE - It is strange to hear claims of alleged Russian threat from the Croatian authorities, Russia is ready to discuss them if Zagreb were to provide proof, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told Sputnik.
Lavrov to visit Belgrade on December 12-13
MOSCOW - Russian FM Sergey Lavrov will be on a working visit to Serbia on December 12-13, Maria Zakharova, spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, confirmed on Wednesday.
He will be received in Belgrade by the president, the prime minister and the foreign minister, Zakharova told a briefing.

Singapore has recognized Kosovo, Pristina announces
Kosovo Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj on Thursday announced on Twitter that Singapore had recognized Kosovo "as a sovereign and independent state."
He said this was "113th diplomatic recognition," and that "diplomatic relations have been established between Singapore and Kosovo."
Turkish, Russian foreign ministers to meet in southern Turkey
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will pay a working visit to the southern province of Antalya's Alanya district on Dec. 1 in his first visit after the normalization of Russian-Turkish ties following a crisis after a Russian warplane was shot down on Nov. 24, 2015, for allegedly violating Turkish airspace.
