Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias is set to meet with the new Foreign Minister of the Republic of Cyprus Konstantinos Kompos during his visit to Athens on Thursday, the first visit following the assumption of his new role.

The decision taken by the prominent western countries, including the United States, over an unclear security threat is intentional and serving the terror organizations, Türkiye's top diplomat has said, warning them to fully cooperate with the Turkish authorities if they have concrete intelligence.

He will visit these countries between Jan. 8 and 14, the Foreign Ministry said in a written statement over the weekend.
