The representative of India Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu became the winner of the "Miss Universe" contest, which took place in the Israeli resort town of Eilat on the Red Sea, the Associated Press reported.

The Indian, a Bollywood actress, received the crown from her predecessor Andrea Meza from Mexico.

Andrea Meza has won Miss Universe 2021 after a tough competition with 73 other contestants in the world's top modeling competition. The Miss Mexico was crowned the 69th Miss Universe at Florida's Seminole Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood.

The Philippines’ Catriona Gray was named Miss Universe 2018 in a competition concluding Dec. 15 in Bangkok, besting contestants from 93 other countries and delighting her home country. Click through for the story in photos...

The conclusion of the Bulgarian National beauty pageant, Miss World and Universe Bulgaria 2018, was in favor of Kalina Mitevawho was crowned Miss World Bulgaria 2018. She succeeded Miss World Bulgaria 2017 Veronika Stefanova.
