Woman visits 10 European countries on scooter

A Turkish woman who previously traveled around Türkiye alone has visited 10 European countries on a Vespa scooter.

Traveling 10,000 kilometers in three months with her yellow Vespa scooter, Gülşah Merve Yüksel started her journey from Greece to Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia- Herzegovina, Kosovo and finally Macedonia.

The New Rules for Electric Scooters Are Ready

The rules for electric scooters are ready. They will be equivalent to bicycles - they will be able to cycle on bike lanes or on streets that have a speed limit of up to 50 km / h.

All people aged over 16 will be legally able to drive the electric scooters. Children between the ages of 14 and 16 will only be able to ride the scooters on bike lanes.

The first electric scooters in Sofia are already operational today. There are more than 150 scooters in various locations in the city, and anyone who wants to use them can do so for a starting fee of BGN 1.50 and BGN 0.30 per minute. This was explained by the CEO of the company that manages the electric scooters:
