Possible Noah's Ark Remains Unearthed in Turkish Mystery Dig!

In an extensive excavation project at a geological site in Turkey, archaeologists have uncovered ruins believed to resemble the legendary Noah's Ark. This research, conducted by a collaborative team from three Turkish and American universities, commenced in 2021, focusing on studying geological formations in the region to gain insights into ancient history.

Two nurses become Mount Ağrı summiteers

 

Two nurses from the southern province of Antalya have reached the climax of Mount Ağrı, Turkey's highest mountain with an elevation of 5,137 meters, following a week-long climb under freezing temperatures as low as minus 50 degrees Celsius.

"A Turkish woman can succeed everything she aims for," Ayşe Kalkan, 50 and who planned the event, told Demirören News Agency.

An Italian archaeologist, who spent 35 years searching for Noah's Ark in the eastern province of Ağrı, has been laid to rest in a cemetery viewing Mount Ağrı (Mount Ararat) as per his will.

Angelo Palego, who had a heart attack in Ağrı at the beginning of August, was taken to the state hospital in Erzurum, a neighboring province.
