UN envoy says Libya truce nearly broke down amid fighting
The U.N. envoy for Libya on Feb. 28 denounced the near breakdown of a fragile truce between the country's warring sides, citing a "serious violation" over the last 24 hours attacks on the capital including an early morning shelling of Tripoli's airport.
Turkey urges France to stop supporting Haftar in Libya
Turkey on Jan. 29 urged France to stop supporting Libya's renegade commander Khalifa Haftar.

Turkish parliament ratifies motion on Turkey-Libya deal
The Turkish parliament on Dec. 21 ratified a motion on the approval of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on security and military cooperation with Libya.
On Nov. 27, Ankara and Tripoli signed two separate MoUs; one on military cooperation and the other on maritime boundaries of countries in the Eastern Mediterranean.
