Belgrade-Pristina dialogue continues in Brussels
BRUSSELS - The Belgrade and Pristina delegations on Tuesday continued discussions on implementation of the Brussels Agreement, with the Community of Serb Municipalities, the energy sector and the Kosovska Mitrovica bridge on the agenda of the meetings.
After a long delay, the technical-level discussions resumed in Brussels on Monday.

Kocijancic: Community, other outstanding agreements discussed
BRUSSELS - The Community of Serb Municipalities and other outstanding agreements are on the agenda of the Belgrade and Pristina working groups, European Commission spokeswoman Maja Kocijancic said after the technical dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina resumed in Brussels on Monday.
Kosovars Spy Hope of Change in Local Elections
Kosovo citizens go to the polls on Sunday to vote for mayors and members of assemblies in the country's 38 municipalities, hoping a change in power will lead to a change in their daily lives.
The main battle is focused in the capital, Pristina, which is also the only municipality governed by the opposition Vetevendosje Movement.

Brnabic: Community of Serb Municipalities backbone of Brussels deal
BRUSSELS - Pristina has not even begun to form the Community of Serb Municipalities in Kosovo-Metohija, which is the backbone of the Brussels Agreement, Serbian PM Ana Brnabic said in Brussels Tuesday, noting that Belgrade's good relationship with Moscow was in no way an obstacle to Serbia's strategic goal of European integration.
Kosovo Police Stop 'Illegal' Serb Census Attempts
Kosovo Police said they raided Serbian Red Cross centres on the authorisation of the courts on Wednesday night in Prizren, Pristina, Pejë/Pec, Gjilan/Gnjilane and Mitrovicë/Mitrovica.
"Seized documents are suspected to be related to a census, considered suspicious and in contradiction to the law, as a census should be conducted by Kosovo institutions," the police press release said.

Bus departures canceled as 100s of Albanians leave Kosovo

Controversy Lingers in Kosovo Over Long Awaited Mosque
A key item on the agenda of the city council in Pristina, Kosovo, on July 25 is the future of the city's long-planned central mosque, Miranda Mullafazliu, the spokesperson for the municipality, told BIRN.
The Islamic Community of Kosovo, BIK, together with former senior state officials, placed the cornerstone of the Central Mosque back in 2012 in the city's Dardania district.
