The European Union has hardened its stance ahead of negotiations on a new deal with Britain, which left the bloc at the end of last month, demanding fair competition guarantees that would "stand the test of time", according to a document seen by Reuters on Tuesday.

The Museum of Anatolian Civilizations, one of Turkish capital Ankara's most popular museums, hosted over 370,000 visitors in 2019.
Located on the southern side of Ankara Castle in the Atpazarı area, it displays around 195,000 artifacts of Anatolian history from ancient times to 600 BC.
Dentist collecting ancient artifacts for 25 years
Dentist Özkan Arıkantürk, 69, collected 4,000 artifacts in 25 years, beginning collecting first after he bought a Roman-era glass bottle that he admired.

Thessaloniki Jewish Museum launches new wing
The Jewish Museum of Thessaloniki opened in 2001 with the aim of telling the story and preserving the memory of the northern port city's Jews with exhibits including heirlooms and testaments to their presence. On the occasion of the recent inauguration of its new wing, curator Evangelos Hekimoglu talks about the museum and the changes that the new wing represents.

Museums and the Botanical Garden of BAS Will Be Free of Charge This Weekend
Today, is the 150th anniversary of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. The museums and the Botanical Garden of the Academy will be open and free of charge to visitors.
This was announced by the BAS Press Centre.
