Depp makes comeback in scandal-hit period drama
Johnny Depp's comeback film is full of scandal both on-screen and off, as he tests out his French in the role of King Louis XV.
There were rumors Depp only had a few minutes of screen time in "Jeanne du Barry," which opens the Cannes Film Festival today and has a nationwide release in France.

Warhaus | Thessaloniki & Athens | May 19 & 20
Belgian singer-songwriter Maarten Devoldere, known as the frontman of Balthazar, comes to Greece as a solo act, Warhaus, to perform at Thessaloniki's WE venue (weskg.gr) and Athens' Gazarte (gazarte.gr) the following night. With romantic rock music that has been described as "dark and sexy," the act will be performing tracks from his last album, 2022's "Ha Ha Heartbreak" and older tunes.

Loreen makes history as Sweden claims seventh Eurovision victory
Sweden won the Eurovision Song Contest early Sunday, as singer Loreen beat out 25 competitors in the finale of the world's biggest live music event, hosted by Britain on behalf of war-torn Ukraine.
A previous victor in 2012, Loreen is the first woman to win the eccentric, much-loved competition twice and only the second person to do so after Johnny Logan for Ireland in the 1980s.

Bosnian Pupils Taken on Religious March ‘for the Unborn’
High school pupils in the city of Mostar in south-west Bosnia and Herzegovina were taken by their school on Thursday on a 'Walk of Love for the Unborn', a Catholic religious march through the city, media reported.
It was not clear from the media reports if the pupils' consent or that of their parents was sought for their participation.
