The Turkish National Intelligence Organization (MİT) has neutralized a senior PKK member who was responsible for the health services of the terrorist organization for a year in northern Iraq.

The escalation of tensions between Turkey and Greece has reached a point that goes far beyond longstanding fears of a Greek-Turkish military accident, and the prospect of a full-fledged war between the two NATO countries is now being discussed in the Turkish, Greek, and international press - and is brought up in the statements of the two countries' leaders.
Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said he was always open to meeting Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as tensions between the two historical rivals mount.
The two uneasy neighbors have for years feuded over maritime borders and energy exploration rights in disputed parts of the Aegean and in the eastern Mediterranean.
