A group calling itself the National Liberation Army has claimed responsibility for Saturday's explosion in front of the Macedonian government HQ in Skopje.
This has been reported by the Albanian language, Pristina-based daily Koha Ditore.
Anti-Islamist general named Libya army chief
A once-retired general leading a sweeping offensive against Islamists has been named head of the Libyan army loyal to the country's internationally recognised parliament, an official said March 2, in a move expected to deepen divisions in the conflict-riven nation.

Turkey condemns Libya, Somalia bombings
Turkey has condemned a series of deadly bombings in eastern Libya and the Somalian capital Mogadishu.
A statement issued by the Turkish Foreign Ministry strongly condemned the bombings in Libya's eastern Al-Qubbah city that left 47 people dead and dozens injured on Feb. 20, offered condolences to the victims' families and wished a fast recovery for the injured.

Triple bombing kills 25 in east Libya: medics
At least 25 people were killed and 30 wounded Feb. 20 in a triple bombing in an eastern Libyan town near the jihadist stronghold of Derna, medical and security sources said.
The simultaneous attacks targeted police headquarters in Al-Qoba, as well as the home of the speaker of Libya's internationally recognised parliament and a petrol station, the sources said.

Libya recognised government army declares ceasefire
The army of Libya's internationally recognized government announced on Jan. 18 that it would cease fire, two days after an Islamist-backed militia alliance announced a truce.
"We declare a ceasefire from midnight (2200 GMT) Sunday," said the army said, stressing however that it would continue to pursue "terrorists", as UN-brokered peace talks resume in Geneva next week.
Libya frees nine Turks detained by army
Libya on Nov. 14 released nine Turks who had been captured by the army and handed them over to representatives from Ankara, a government statement said.

Islamists seize key Benghazi army base as Tripoli fire rages
Islamist groups seized the headquarters of the Libyan army's special forces in Libya's second city Benghazi after days of fighting, as a huge blaze raged at a fuel depot near the capital's airport.

Another Macedonian Albanian Reported Killed in Syria
Thirty-one-year-old Adnan Rexhepi from Kumanovo, northern Macedonia, died on Saturday while fighting with a rebel group against the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, Albanian-language media in Macedonia have reported.
He was reportedly killed in the Syrian province of Sham.
