The top risk is cyber attacks

Albania has launched a police drug-testing process, to be applied in all local and central police directorates, for the first time.

An existing Regulation on the State Police says no one can become a police officer unless they first pass a drug test.

Special State Prosecutor Milivoje Katnic said Perunicic is suspected of abuse of office, after conforming that an illegal surveillance bug was found in his office.

Ljubljana – A significant drop in trust in police requires a reflection, cautions the newspaper Delo in Monday’s front-page commentary.

Pollster Valicon has been determining public trust in institutions and professions since 2012 and confidence in the police force hit a record low in the October survey.

Elated Sydneysiders celebrated the end of almost four months of coronavirus lockdown on Oct. 11, putting behind them a period of "blood, sweat and no beers" in Australia's largest city.
