Euro MPs Call for Halt to Albania Power Plant

A long bicycle ride through beautiful countryside!
The largest Train-Bicycle Ride in Greece kicks off at 6 p.m. on Sunday at Thessaloniki Railway. Participants will load their bikes onto the train and head to Methoriako Station (Vyroneia Serron) for a ride to Kerkini Lake.
The event is aimed at promoting cycling as an alternative form of travel. Cost of participation is at 10 euros.

Mother of Gezi victim hospitalized during court proceedings
