BELGRADE - The National Bank of Serbia (NBS) Executive Board decided on Thursday to keep the key policy rate on hold at 6.50 pct, the central bank said.

In a statement, the NBS said the deposit (5.25 pct) and lending facility (7.75 pct) rates also remained unchanged.

In a statement, the NBS said the deposit and credit facility rates had been increased by the same amount - to 4.25 pct and 6.25 pct, respectively.  

As we were told in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the report of the fire came at 8.40 am, and already around 8.50 am, members of the Fire Brigade localized the fire.
There were 16 firefighters and three fire trucks on the scene, and security evacuated employees. As we were told, fortunately no one was injured.

The mission will be in Belgrade until February 5, Tanjug has reported.

Last July, the IMF approved a 30-month Policy Coordination Instrument for Serbia.

This is 17.5 percent more y-o-y, Tanjug reported on Tuesday, citing the National Bank of Serbia (NBS).

According to preliminary figures from the central bank, the transfers amounted to 3,173 million euros in the first 11 months of 2018.

BELGRADE - Headed by Governor Jorgovanka Tabakovic, the National Bank of Serbia has over the past five years "achieved and maintained price and financial stability", meeting its "statutory objectives and contributing to the creation of a more stable business environment for the benefit of citizens and the economy," the NBS said Monday.
