Resolution on Bosnia-Herzegovina rejected - only China and Russia voted
Only the proponents of this resolution, China and Russia, voted for the draft, Banja Luka's "Nezavisne novine" reported.
No one was against, and 13 representatives of the member states of the Security Council abstained.

According to media reports, there had instead been "a malfunction on the (electric power) transmission lines" in the area.
Earlier on Monday, the locals reported to the police that "at around 12.30 pm, a helicopter crashed in the area of Bratunac in inaccessible terrain."
Ratko Mladic's supporters to rally in Banja Luka on July 11
The police in Banja Luka, the largest town of the Serb entity (RS) in Bosnia, have approved the holding of a rally in support of Ratko Mladic.
The rally for the Hague indictee will be held on July 11.
According to local media, the police have confirmed that the gathering will be held, and said they would take all measures to ensure it goes safely.
Customs union to come to life in six months - paper
BANJALUKA - A Western Balkan customs union - a single economic area of the region's countries - could come to life in about six months, Banjaluka-based Nezavisne novine reports.
An agreement on coordinating procedures and documentation is likely to be signed at the next Mostar fair, the report said.

ID Delays Leave Bosnian Sailors Stranded
Bosnian sailors and shipping crews have been hit by delays in procedures within the country's bodies for issuing identity documents.
The Ministry of Civil Affairs, the ministry responsible for issuing shipping and maritime ID booklets, has been unable to produce them while regulations and a contract for the booklets were still being coordinated.

Chief prosecutor of Bosnia-Herzegovina suspended
The Disciplinary Commission of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (VSTV) has suspended Chief Prosecutor of Bosnia-Herzegovina Goran Salihovic.
The Banja Luka daily Nezavisne Novine reported this unofficially on Wednesday.

Bosnia: Teacher injures 6 students in classroom
Six eighth-grade students in an elementary school in Gromiljak, near Kiseljak, Bosnia-Herzegovina, have been lightly injured by their teacher.
This happened when the man, a Sarajevo resident whose initials are M.B., started "throwing desks around the classroom," the daily Nezavisne Novine is reporting on Friday.
