Serbia opens Chapters 29, 7 in EU accession talks
LUXEMBOURG - Serbia on Tuesday opened two new chapters in its EU accession talks.
Chapters 29 (customs union) and 7 (intellectual property) were opened at the 6th Intergovernmental Conference in Luxembourg.

Krumm: Serbia needs to balance between EU, Russia
VIENNA - Serbia needs to balance between the EU and Russia, says Reinhard Krumm, head of the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Regional Office for Cooperation and Security in Europe in Vienna.
"Serbia has the possibility to balance influence and opportunities to get the best for itself," Krumm told Tanjug and EuropeanWesternBalkans.com.

Critically ill man airlifted from cruise ship off Corfu
A critically ill man has been airlifted from a cruise ship off the Ionian island of Corfu, the Athens-Macedonian news agency reports.
A Greek navy helicopter collected the 71-year-old tourist from the Bermuda-flagged Sea Princess cruise liner and transferred him to the island's airport where he was picked by an ambulance, according to the same report.

Four in possession of cocaine arrested in Thessaly
Police in the region of Thessaly, central Greece, arrested four people found in possession of large amounts of cocaine.
Police sources say they are part of an organization trafficking the drug and that a known businessman from Karditsa is involved.

Eleusis named Capital Culture of Europe for 2021
The town of Eleusis in west Attica has officially been named cultural capital of Europe for 2021. The announcement was made by the European Parliament, which approved the list of countries with 606 votes form, 54 against and 6 abstentions, that will host the cultural capitals from 2021 to 2023.
